Travis Manero, RYT 200 This class is based on Baptiste Power Vinyasa sequence. Expect to sweat, breath and be challenged. Don’t let this scare you, this practice is all about listening to that true voice inside you. You are going to give yourself exactly what you need and modify as you see fit. This practice will take you to your edge and you may find yourself soaring right off it! Bring an open mind and an open heart. You will be amazed!

No matter what kind of dancer you are, modern to hip hop, ballet to Tango…. you can derive huge benefits in your dancing from taking regular yoga classes. Key benefits include; maximized flexibility, increased strength, healthy joints and alignment, breathing techniques, injury rehabilitation, and decompressing.

Travis Manero, RYT 200Travis Manero

Travis is the co-owner and manager of the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Youngstown, Ohio. A professional ballroom dancer by trade, he has traveled the world as a feature dancer for the Jean Ann Ryan Production Company and the Peter Gray Terhune Production Company aboard the Silver Sea Cruise Lines and Regent Seven Seas Cruise Lines. He is a Fred Astaire Ohio Regional American Rhythm Champion and a Fred Astaire National Finalists.

Travis has cross trained extensively in many styles of dance which lead him to his passion for Yoga. He is a certified RYT (registered yoga teacher) with Yoga Alliance. Being a dancer first, his teaching style in yoga lends itself perfectly for all dancers looking for the extra edge to take them to the next level physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Jenna Medina, Certified Yoga Instructor Jenna Medina

Jenna has a unique passion for helping others to live lightly through a deep connection between the soul, emotions and the universe. Practicing yoga for over half a decade, she has acquired intense training in breathing, flow of movement and grounding of poses; in addition, Jenna has completed the Mindful Movement 200 Hour Yoga Certification. Her passion is to guide those who need healed physically, mentally and spiritually.
